So last Saturday I had excitedly blogged about all of the camera equipment I would be taking with me on my epic trip to Kenya. I was to spend a couple of days in Nairobi, go on a safari, then do some meaningful volunteer work with World Teacher Aid. As many of you know, I arrived at the airport check-in only to realize my passport had expired. There was nothing I could do about it at the time, so I naturally laughed it off and made the most of the few days I had in the city I call home.
Armed with a valid new passport, I'm off on an abbreviated version of the trip to lend a helping hand. I won't be back until next Thursday, so stay in touch via my Facebook Page for periodic updates.
