3 stars for the regular Brass, 5 for the Upper, average it out to a 4. Bottomline, you're there (likely) to celebrate some sort of occasion, so quit being a cheapskate and fork out the $20 cover for the classier, touchier, feelier version of the Brass!
The girls are less pushy, better looking, and way better at conversing than the ones downstairs. This is the closest thing to a Montreal style club we have, so cash in that paycheck and go get some lappers!
PS - as Chris Rock once put it: "there is no sex in the champagne room."
