
Yesterday I posted an image from Toronto's skyline that made the buildings look a bit like concrete sprouts coming out of the land. Today, these sprouts are on foreign soil; courtesy of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), brought to you in Technicolor. Back in 1995, the tallest building in Vietnam was the Sun Wah Tower (middle of image) at just over 300 feet and 21 floors.
