And where I go to eat dead pigs and other animal parts and animal organ delicacies. Best restaurant in Toronto in my opinion. The last meal I had there consisted of a healthy tray of cured meats, chicken liver mousse, roasted bone marrow, beef heart tartare, pork belly pierogies, smoked sweetbreads, and horse carpaccio. It sounds not so good...until you taste it.
