One of the best places to take pictures (or a date!) in Saigon is the rooftop patio at the Sheraton Hotel on Dong Khoi Street. It offers a fantastic view of the city looking south, west, and north. On this day, I only took pictures. A drink will cost approximately $10 here, the same price as it is for the observation deck at the Bitexco Tower. I think the open window views here are more stunning.
Note: the black specks that appear are actually birds.
