High Density Housing

Compared with Shanghai, the majority of buildings in Beijing are quite short. There's no 101 floor office buildings, and the majority of the city is still only a few floors high. Only new developments, designed for higher density housing, builds itself upwards. This shot was taken in a new residential area southeast of the Beijing core.
