Everyone has an opinion about Mao...at least they do in China. You're probably not likely to get someone's true feelings about this man though. It wasn't long ago when propaganda posters of Chairman Mao hung freely, now the portrait at Tiananmen Square is one of the very few public images left of Mao in the country. Other than at souvenir shops or on old propaganda posters, this was the only place I saw his picture. It's a new China, folks.
