I was practicing "shooting from the hip" which allows a photographer to point the camera and take a shot without looking through the viewfinder. Generally, the success rate of such shots is quite low; there's out of focus shots, people not properly composed...many things can go wrong. This being said, I took a number of "acceptable" photos from a quick stroll through the Central Market in Battambang, Cambodia. I was pleasantly surprised to see this scene play out when I checked my shots on the computer. A win considering I don't classify myself as a street photographer!
