Two officers dressed in white stand on guard at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi. The visiting hours to see Ho Chi Minh's preserved body are sporadic, and he goes on an annual trip to Russia for a makeover so isn't always available for visits. I wasn't able to see him on this day, but saw him back in 2004. Dare I assume that he hasn't aged?
When I was there in 2004, I took a short video clip and posted it on Youtube. The video soon erupted into a debate between those who believe Ho Chi Minh was a freedom fighter and "liberator" vs those who think he is a murderer. All the comments were posted in Vietnamese, but from what I am told, it is quite heated.
