Rooftopping in Toronto has its advantages; massive skyscrapers, the city lights at night. It's glamourous. Rooftopping in other countries is also unique in its own way; the colours, the density, the character. Neither is better or worse than the other, though I can confirm that the success rate in Asia plummets quite significantly compared with back in Toronto. The penalties for such actions are unknown to me.
