Caught by the Butcher

I was trying really hard to pretend like I was taking a picture of the man's delicious fish offerings, but he clearly caught me. Maybe he knows how wide a fisheye lens is? Generally, the workers you see in these wet markets are pretty shy and standoffish. Even when you try smiling at them or nodding, they are remarkably wary of you still. I'm not sure what the reason is. Probably because they hate tourists or photographers...or both.

This is part of my new Project: Butchers All Over the World, Start a Love Train. I am off to Macau this weekend, so hope to get back to things on Monday.
