I've been eying the old College Street Baptist Church (aka the Portuguese Seventh-day Adventist Church) in Toronto for some time now. Originally built in 1889, the site is now under construction for four unit ultra-luxury condos.
The largest section of the church will be split into two units, one 10,000 square feet, the other 8,000 square feet. The other two units will divide up the school that is adjoined to the church and will only be a mere 5,000 square feet. Clearly, this will be a site to behold once completed.
