Pho. Few things in life are as satisfying as a hot bowl of this stuff on a cold winter night. Who am I kidding, I eat pho year round -- it's pho-cking fantastic.
Ironically, the restaurant where I took this picture (Hanoi Three Seasons) isn't known for their pho. The signature dish here is the cha ca (fried fish with dill) served on a bed of vermicelli. I highly recommend this restaurant! I don't know of any other restaurant in Toronto that serves this Northern style dish.
