This is a shot from Lakeshore, just east of Bathurst across from the abandoned building in Toronto. The abandoned building is an often used location for movie shoots, so I guess it hasn't been completely written off. I'm not sure what else it is used for, or what it was in the past.
The condo on the right is the first of all the City Place condos from the west and is the same condo that appears in this picture.
