Half of This Picture is a Wasteland

Taken from my friend's condo at City Place, Toronto, looking west towards Mississauga. I find it somewhat ironic that nearly half of the photo (bottom right diagonal) is still a wasteland with so much happening in the rest of the picture.

Not photographed with a tripod, but with the assistance of the railing, which was still difficult on this windy day. Better viewed here.
