When in a Village, Build a Mansion

I thought this was very peculiar. In the mountain town of Sapa, in Northern Vietnam, most local H’Mong tribes live in small village huts. I was surprised to see this “mansion” clinging to the side of a cliff. Picture was taken in 2004 with a 4MP Canon S45 camera, and as you can see, I wasn't well versed in any sort of framing techniques at that time!
